Eleanor DaviesDirector of User Insights & Experience at DesignitEleanor Davies is the Director of User Insights & Experience at Designit and is passionate about representing the users’ perspective. Specialising in uncovering user insights and translating them into innovative user experiences, she has conducted studies across industries, from low-income Californian shoppers, to Indian mobile users and online-bankers in Russia. She hosts professional workshops with users, clients and fellow designers and at events including Lift Conference, Palomar 5, Global Service Jam and teaching at the Royal College of Art and CEDIM.
As a director of Business Design at Designit, Markus Feichtingerbrings experience of Marketing and Customer Development to a team of multi-disciplinary designers. Specialised in translating opportunities into new businesses concepts, he is passionate about exploring the world’s genuine places, finding inspirations through an interest in behaviour, business and a fascination in people.
